Club Mission
The Texas A&M Dairy Science Club is dedicated to promoting excellence, leadership, and fellowship in dairy science through education and industry engagement. We strive to connect students of all majors to relevant career opportunities and professional networks while encouraging them to "Join the Herd". As the last and longest standing connection to the dairy industry at Texas A&M University, we pride ourselves on providing students the tools they need to succeed in their future endeavors.

Looking for opportunities in the dairy industry?
Dairy Challenge
The Texas A&M Dairy Science Club offers a judging team for students who are interested in herd consulting. The Dairy Challenge event consists of three days which include, Dairy Comp./ Farm data analysis, On farm analysis, and presentation day! Members will work in teams of four to find 3 major opportunities for the host farm to improve and 3 related minor opportunities to present to a panel of industry judges. Interested? Contact us or attend a practice Tuesday evenings in the Kleberg basement.
ADSA Quiz Bowl and Research Presentations
We also offer a team for our members who prefer a less hands on competition. Each summer the Dairy Science Club sends a team of four students to the American Dairy Science Association's annual quiz bowl tournament. Along with the tournament, members may also create a research presentation to give during the convention to compete against other college students in both the poster and verbal presentation competitions.
